1. Free Trial

All users receive a fully functional free trial of TidyPanel.
We strongly recommend using the trial period to evaluate compatibility, performance, and features before purchasing a license.


2. Refund Policy

TidyPanel is a digital product with a free trial. Because of this, refunds are generally not provided after purchase except in the following cases:

  • You were charged in error

  • You experienced a technical issue that we were unable to resolve within 7 days after you contacted support

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

  • No cancellation is required

Once purchased, the license remains valid indefinitely for the activated system.
